I was able to attend last nights Woolwich town meeting. Thank you all for approving the food banks ask for funds this year. We know taxes are going up and everyone is feeling the pinch. The funds you allow the food bank goes directly to the families and individuals that need it most in your community.

We had hoped it would never come to this, but in order to make sure EVERYONE gets the food they need, we will be handing out bags for everyone that goes thru the tent. You will be allowed to go thru the tent one time. IF there is 'extra food' we will allow you to go thru again 15 minutes before closing. We are very thankful to everyone that donated to last years 'nourishing neighbors' funds drive at Shaws in Bath. You all donated OVER $6000.00 to food insecure families in the Bath Area. Thank you Mike Doughty and Ava Manley for taking the time to bring a check!!

We will be starting a spring food drive. If your organization, group, school, business would like to join our drive, please email our director, kimfgates@gmail.com and she will give you a couple of items to chose from to collect. We will be holding this drive for the entire month of April and donations will need to be delivered to 807 Middle street anytime after the 30th.

We finally have a landline at the Bath Food Bank. The new phone number is (207) 442-0754.

Our Director met with Femi from Fidiium today. FROM NOW thru Mid March...they are offering internet 2 Gig *(normally 60.00 a month) for $30.00 a month for the first year. After the first year it will go to $45.00 per month. We are presently paying 110.00 thru Go Net Speed for 1 Gig a month, so even after a year ...it is a substantial savings. The Brunswick Veterinary Clinic on Baribeau drive have ALWAYS been such generous donors at the Bath Area Food Bank. This year they raised $500.00 AND collected A LOT of pet food for DOG WILL...thank you ALL at Brunswick Vet Clinic!
