It was an oversight of ours...to post a picture of a politician in the previous BIW strike information. That politician was not representing the Bath Food Bank. We are truly just trying to let the hard working Union members know...our food bank is open to them, along with our soup kitchen. We welcome any striker to our outside tent that is filled with produce, meats, canned goods, baked goods, deli items and much much more. It is open Tuesday 12-1:30 ad 4-6. Thursday 12-2. We are creating more meals to accommodate some of the strikers. Meals are available Tuesday 12-1:30, Wednesday 12-1 and Thursday 12-1:30. We look forward to helping in any way we can!

Strikes are inherently political. While I appreciate your bipartisanship, posting a single picture of a politician shouldn't be decisive in the work you are doing unless you expressly discuss support for their policy. Im sorry you felt like you had to issue a correction and thank you for the continued support of residents in and around Bath.

What about the BIW BMDA employees?...... THEY ARE ON STRIKE FOR A FAIR CONTRACT!
