Physical Products
If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery confirmation.
If approved, we may offer one of the following at our sole discretion:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund
Services
Services are non-refundable once delivered or performed.
Donations
All donations are final and never refundable. Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time without penalty but can never be refunded.
Non-Delivery
If you do not receive your order, please contact us within 10 days so we can investigate.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
