Starting October 1st, we will be holding a ‘couch to 5k/turkey trot’. We will be meeting every Monday and Wednesday helping you get ready for our annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning! The cost is $50.00 per person and upon completion of the program..you will receive a FREE REGISTRATION for the trot. That is a $25.00 savings!
